What do you do with returned products?
Products that are returned to Athena and Me are never put back into rotation with our current stock. If the item is in good condition or if Jackie can fix it items are donated to local charities that assist families in need.
How do your products fit?
Our products are sourced from multiple companies in the US, China, and the UK. So sizing may vary a little between some products. We do try to have sizing charts available for products and most fit true to size. If you have questions about the fit of a product please don't hesitate to contact us! If you would like to be provided a size chart or have questions about sizing, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or direct message us via instagram @athenaandme_. We will be more than happy to assist you in getting a perfect fit for your little one!
When can I expect tracking information?
As lined out in our Shipping and Processing policy as soon as your payment has cleared and we get your order processed on our end you will receive a tracking number. Please be sure to provide the email address you most frequently use at checkout and check spam and junk mail for your tracking email. If you do not recieve anything please contact us at email@example.com with the name you placed the order under and the order number so we can assist you quickly and efficently.
What is your responce time?
We try to respond as quickly as we can because we want you to have an amazing experience. Emails are typically answered as soon as possible or within 24 hours depending on volume for the day. Weekends and holidays are excluded as well as if we are on vacation it may take us longer to get back to you. If you need immediate assistance, please contact us via direct message on Instagram @athenaandme_ and we will get to your message right away. If you have sent an email and gotten no response, please contact us via instagram @athenaandme_ or send us a new email as we may not have gotten it or it could have went to our junk or spam folder and we hadn't checked them.
Can my order be changed? / Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of completing your purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line order change/cancel and your order number for assistance. You can also send us a direct message to our @athenaandme_ instagram. Please be aware that a $10 fee will be deducted for any refund for orders cancelled after the 24 hour period.
If your order has already been packaged, shipped, and/or in transit it is not eligible for cancellations.
Can I return or exchange my item?
If you have any issues and need to return or exchange your item please contact us at email@example.com with your order number for return instructions. Please note that all return and exchange items must be in their original condition, tags attached, and in their original packaging.
How to find promo codes
We have so many amazing brand reps and brand enthusiasts here at Athena and Me and they each get personalized codes to share with their followers! Keep a look out for one of our Athena and Me family members to find a code to save some $$$!
How to use promo codes
Once you have began checking out you will enter all of your information there will be a spot to apply a promo code. Here you will apply the valid promo code hit apply and it should take off whatever the percentage of the code you used was. If you have any issues when applying a code feel free to message us and we will be happy to assist!
Please note, only one code is redeemable per order.
My item didn't fit what do I do? / There was a manufacturer defect
Athena & Me wants to provide you with the best and give you the quality that you deserve. If you received an item with a manufacturer defect or if the product was the wrong size, we will gladly help you get that straightened out! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject along with return or manufacturer defect issue, please let us know why you would like to return your item so we can assist you better and if it is a manufacturer problem please send a photo in your email. If you don't hear back from us right away via email feel free to send us a direct message on our Instagram account.

My package is lost/damaged/stolen what do I do?
Once your items leave Athena and Me's possession, they are then the property of the mail company. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. However if your items do not reach you within our delivery time, we will assist you in tracking your order to the best of our ability. We do not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.
Contact us at email@example.com with your order number if your package was lost.

What methods of payment can I use?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, APPLE PAY, DISCOVER, and PAYPAL.
If you are unsure of a products care, hand wash with cold water and air dry. If your product is damaged because it was washed incorrectly we are unable to accept this back as a return. You can also send us a message because Jackie knows a lot about washing different fabrics and if she can't help she knows people that can. (Cloth diaper moms know sooooo much about washing machines and laundry detergent it's sorta crazy! Also, Jackie can help you out if you want to start cloth diapering she loves to talk about cloth diapers.)
Normal wear and tear
If a product is damaged by normal wear and tear it is not eligible for a return. We will decide if your product is eligible for return on a case by case basis. If you have an issue you believe is not under the realm of normal wear and tear please send us a message including name, order number, and pictures.
